While your pet is staying with us for an extended period of time, We encourage you to visit. This can help boost your pet's mood and even aid in their appetite. We have a lovely outdoor area where you can take your dog for a walk while visiting.

We love when owners come to visit their pets while receiving treatment, but we ask that you call first and book a time with our hospital team. This will allow them to set up our visiting area and allow the treating vet to put time aside to talk to you about your pets progression. 

We do ask that visits are only 30 minutes as your pet may require to go back to the treatment area to be reconnected to IV fluids or needing further diagnostics.

We do ask for your patience when visiting. Our hospital team may be busy dealing with emergency cases and you may be asked to take a seat in reception until we have a nurse free to bring you your pet.
