We continue to adjust how we operate with what limitations are put on service providers by the government at this time due to the progression of COVID 19. We are very pleased to inform you that the Australian Veterinary Board has been successful in obtaining an essential listing for veterinary care. We will be able to continue to treat your pets. Some of our adjustments have changed over the last week, some have stayed the same. We have implemented operating with three totally separate teams of vets and nurses so that we can continue to keep treating your pets during these unknown times, considering the chance that one team may fall ill. Our teams are working totally independent of each other. As a result of this, you may not be able to see your usual vet. Please find an up to date list of how we are operating to best serve you below, at foremost in our mind is our staff and clients safety.
Central Vet Emergency : Friday 7pm to Monday 8am extended for public hols We are understanding that these are high stress time in everyone’s lives but we have NO TOLERANCE for abusive and threatening language and behaviour towards our staff. You will no longer be welcome as clients if this occurs.
